Engineer (2^nd Shift)
Waukesha, WI
$38 – 45/hr

In this role, the Engineer will be instrumental in facilitating engineering projects from their initial concept to testing and implementation stages. The Engineer will collaborate closely with senior engineers and diverse teams across the organization. Responsibilities will include aiding in the design, development, and validation of solutions while also contributing to research efforts, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing process enhancements.

Engineer Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in formulating and developing engineering solutions, products, and systems.
• Perform research and analysis for projects, including data collection, technical literature reviews, and aiding in feasibility assessments.
• Generate and revise engineering drawings, specifications, and other essential technical documents.
• Support the construction, testing, and validation of prototypes, ensuring accurate documentation of results and observations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify project requirements, define objectives, and confirm that deliverables meet quality criteria.
• Assist in diagnosing technical issues and aid in the execution of corrective measures.
• Remain updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies to foster continuous improvement in engineering methodologies.

Engineer Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Experience in quality inspection, including final product testing and assessment of raw materials.
• Skilled in interpreting blueprints.
• Familiarity with wiring or electrical schematics.
• Experience in reviewing welds, paint finishes, and assembled components.
• Capacity to work in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Engineer Additional Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with three-phase electrical transformers or similar equipment.
