This role serves as the senior subject matter expert in coated board production, leading the development and deployment of paper machine asset reliability strategies. The position integrates technical support, product development, and predictive maintenance to improve operational efficiency and productivity across all sites. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and at least 10 years of progressive experience in paper mill operations. Additionally, 7 years of experience managing operating or capital budgets and proficiency with CMMS software are required.
