Job description
**Job Title: Engineering Manager**
Take charge of a remote team of engineers dedicated to overseeing the deployment and maintenance of production systems infrastructure. Foster efficiency in tools and workflows while ensuring that projects are aligned and stakeholders have clear visibility. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing engineering teams within AI/ML infrastructure or extensive compute environments. Strong expertise in Linux, networking, and hardware troubleshooting is essential, along with a proven ability to guide technical design and manage projects across different teams.
