**Job Title: Engineering Manager**
The Engineering Manager is responsible for guiding and expanding the platform engineering team, which focuses on the creation and upkeep of internal tools and services for developers. This role includes managing the team’s roadmap, establishing technical strategies, ensuring operational reliability, and fostering the professional growth of engineers. Applicants should possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in platform, DevOps, or software engineering, with at least 4 years in a managerial position. A solid technical foundation in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD practices, and Kubernetes is essential, as well as strong communication and leadership capabilities.
