Job description
Job Summary
The Engineering Technician plays an essential role in supporting engineering projects by conducting tests, preparing documents, and maintaining equipment. The position requires a methodical approach to problem-solving and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in the development and implementation of project specifications.
- Conduct tests and experiments to support developmental processes.
- Document and analyze results to provide insightful feedback on designs.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory and field-testing equipment.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate project requirements.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical role within an engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering principles.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
