Job Summary
The primary function of this role is to oversee the deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance of automated manufacturing machinery and advanced torque tools. The position involves troubleshooting production line problems, enhancing tightening procedures, and providing training to manufacturing staff on safety protocols and effective tool usage.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and integrate automated manufacturing equipment and smart torque tools.
- Diagnose and resolve issues occurring on the production floor.
- Optimize tightening processes to improve efficiency.
- Train manufacturing technicians on safety measures and proper handling of tools.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics sectors, focusing on precision assembly systems.
- Hands-on familiarity with Atlas Copco controllers is essential.
- Must hold authorization to work in the United States.
