Job Summary
The Enrollment & Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in the healthcare model that focuses on enhancing the lives of seniors. This position is integral to the PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) initiative, which aims to provide comprehensive care and support to elderly participants. The specialist will be responsible for driving enrollment strategies and marketing efforts within the Michigan region.
Responsibilities
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new participants to the PACE program.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and deliver services effectively.
- Assist in the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition for new participants.
- Engage with the community to promote the services offered by the program.
- Support continuous professional development and growth within the healthcare framework.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) is required.
- Strong understanding of geriatric care and community health initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an onsite team environment.
