**Senior Manager**
The Senior Manager will spearhead enterprise transformation initiatives by crafting agile operating structures and executing practical solutions for high-level clients. This role involves uniting cross-functional teams to generate insights, guiding junior staff, and nurturing enduring client partnerships. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational strategy, the design of operating models, or shared services. A minimum of 5 years in a consulting role is necessary, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA and possessing expertise in the Utilities sector.
