This leader is tasked with advancing practice methodologies, aiding sales initiatives, and guaranteeing that clients receive high-quality and cost-efficient solutions. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years in ServiceNow configuration and development, along with essential certifications such as Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and the position requires extensive knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM), integration, and comprehensive solution delivery across the enterprise.
