**Job Title: ERP Director**
The ERP Director is responsible for shaping and executing the ERP strategy and roadmap, guiding a team of analysts to maintain system stability and foster ongoing enhancements. This position encompasses the management of daily ERP operations, supervision of system integrations, and collaboration with business stakeholders to convert their requirements into efficient technical solutions. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 7 years of practical ERP experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role. A solid grasp of fundamental business processes and a deep understanding of integration concepts, such as APIs and EDI, are critical for success in this role.
