Job description
The attorney will advocate for taxpayers in resolving issues by engaging in negotiations with the IRS and state tax agencies. Key responsibilities encompass analyzing tax-related challenges, crafting strategic recommendations for solutions, and ensuring effective management of case files. Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution and hold a valid attorney license. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, alongside a keen interest in tax law and the capability to function efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
