Job description
**Job Title: Vehicle Reconditioning Associate**
In this position, you will execute a variety of vehicle reconditioning functions, including detailing, conducting inspections, taking photographs, and overseeing lot management to ensure that all vehicles comply with our quality standards. This role requires you to thrive in a dynamic production setting and follow safety regulations while consistently achieving high levels of productivity. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds on your own. Additional requirements include the ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions and the availability to work mandatory overtime when necessary.
