Job Summary
The role focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual sales and service targets. The position is also responsible for enhancing sales through business-to-business strategies. Support for branch management and business initiatives is a key aspect, alongside maintaining the presentation of vehicles and cleanliness of facilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients.
- Meet personal sales and service objectives consistently.
- Implement business-to-business sales strategies to foster growth in sales.
- Assist branch management with various operational tasks.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained in a presentable condition.
- Keep facilities clean and well-ordered.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales or retail customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable operating a variety of vehicle types.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
