Job Summary
The primary aim of this position is to acquire and sign new clients for payroll, tax, and human resources services within a specific geographic area. This role also involves building and nurturing relationships with current clients to offer additional solutions, acting as a reliable advisor throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients within the designated territory and secure their accounts for payroll, tax, and human resources solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, enhancing their experience and offering additional services.
- Function as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert guidance on payroll and HR solutions.
- Engage in cold calling to reach out to prospective clients and expand the client base.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and support business growth.
Qualifications
- A college degree is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in areas such as retail, marketing, or business development is advantageous.
- A positive and persistent demeanor is essential for success in this role.
- Strong ability to effectively communicate and engage potential and current clients.
