Clean and sanitize resident apartments, common areas, bathrooms, and other community spaces, including preparing vacant rooms for move-ins. Collect, wash, dry, fold, and deliver residents’ clothing and linens, while remaining able to perform both housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned. The role prefers 3–6 months of housekeeping and/or laundry experience, preferably in a medical facility, and requires the ability to follow a checklist-based schedule. Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English and have excellent customer service skills.
