**MDS Coordinator**
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the creation, maintenance, and revision of resident assessments and care plans, ensuring adherence to both state regulations and organizational guidelines. This role includes monitoring PPS and OBRA assessments, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, and engaging in government surveys. Candidates should possess a valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state where the position is located. A minimum of two years of managerial experience in either a hospital or nursing care environment is preferred.
