Job Summary
This position involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within resident apartments, communal zones, restrooms, and additional facilities, along with preparing unoccupied rooms for new residents. The responsibilities further extend to handling residents’ laundry, which includes washing, drying, folding, and delivering personal items, while effectively managing both cleaning and laundry tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect resident living spaces, communal areas, and bathrooms.
- Prepare vacant rooms for new move-ins.
- Manage residents’ laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding clothing and linens.
- Follow a checklist-based schedule to ensure thorough execution of duties.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience of 3 to 6 months in housekeeping and/or laundry roles, ideally within a healthcare environment.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Strong customer service abilities.
