Job Summary
The Environmental Services Department Manager oversees the housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations to guarantee optimal cleanliness and efficiency within the facility. This role is essential for maintaining a high standard of hygiene and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams.
- Ensure cleanliness and operational effectiveness across all areas of the facility.
- Conduct staff training and quality control processes.
- Maintain accurate records regarding supplies and personnel management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervisory roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical capability to perform routine cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
