Job Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams to ensure adherence to facility policies as well as federal and state regulations. This role serves as a crucial link between building administrators and staff while meticulously keeping records related to supplies, personnel, and equipment management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between building administrators and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of supplies, personnel, and equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervisory roles.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Proficient in following both oral and written instructions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a healthcare setting.
