Job Summary
The role involves overseeing and managing the housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams to ensure adherence to both federal and state regulations. This position serves as a key link between the facility’s management and the staff, while also maintaining precise documentation regarding supplies and personnel management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant federal and state regulations.
- Act as a communication bridge between staff and facility administration.
- Maintain accurate records of supplies and personnel activities.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
