**Manager in Training**
The Manager in Training will be responsible for supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor maintenance activities at a long-term care facility. This role involves staff management and ensuring adherence to facility policies. Additionally, the manager will keep operational records up to date and serve as a communication bridge between the administration and the service team. Applicants should have a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with excellent organizational and communication abilities. The position requires the physical strength to lift weights up to 50 pounds and the ability to carry out routine, repetitive tasks within a healthcare setting.
