Job Summary
The Epic Access/Cadence Consultant plays a vital role in the transformation and enhancement of healthcare service delivery. The position demands a deep understanding of Epic’s Access and Cadence modules to support efficient patient scheduling, registration, and access management workflows. This consultant will work closely with healthcare teams to optimize the use of Epic systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to assess and improve current access and scheduling processes.
- Utilize Epic tools to configure and troubleshoot the Access and Cadence applications.
- Lead training sessions for staff on best practices related to Epic functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and expertise in resolving system-related issues to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in project planning and implementation to align Epic solutions with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Epic’s Access and/or Cadence modules is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address process challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
- Relevant healthcare background or knowledge of patient scheduling environments preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
