Epic Ambulatory Analyst

Job Summary

The Epic Ambulatory Analyst is a pivotal role responsible for implementing and optimizing Epic’s ambulatory applications within healthcare settings. This position focuses on ensuring that the systems enhance clinical workflows, improve patient care, and support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess and understand their needs and workflow requirements.
  • Participate in the configuration and customization of Epic Ambulatory applications.
  • Conduct thorough testing of the systems to ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize efficiency with the system.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Assist in the development of documentation and training materials for users.
  • Engage in ongoing analysis and enhancement of solutions to improve usability and functionality.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Epic Ambulatory applications and relevant healthcare knowledge.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Relevant certifications may be preferred or required.
