Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and dedicated IT Support Engineer with a strong focus on Systems Administration. This role involves managing projects within a managed service provider (MSP) environment, specifically in Franklin, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing escalated support issues and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve escalated technical support requests.
- Oversee various aspects of network support, ensuring seamless operations.
- Administer Windows Server and System Center environments.
- Support and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Implement and manage IT services and cybersecurity solutions.
- Participate in infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and associated tools.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
- Experience with cybersecurity practices and solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
