Job Summary
The Epic MyChart Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing the functionality and optimization of the Epic MyChart application. This position requires collaboration with clinical and operational teams to enhance user experience and ensure the effective implementation of MyChart functionality across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the setup and configuration of the MyChart application to meet the needs of users and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and training for staff to maximize MyChart usage and effectiveness.
- Perform regular assessments of MyChart features to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MyChart.
- Stay updated with Epic MyChart enhancements and best practices to ensure the organization leverages the latest capabilities.
- Engage with users to gather feedback and refine functionalities based on their needs.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as information technology or health informatics.
- Experience with Epic systems, particularly MyChart, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
