Job description
The Senior Analyst for Epic is responsible for driving the implementation, development, and upkeep of intricate clinical applications, working closely with stakeholders to enhance workflow efficiency. This role involves mentoring junior team members, addressing service tickets, and ensuring that application settings align with both clinical requirements and business objectives. Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree and an Epic Healthy Planet certification, alongside a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field. A strong understanding of clinical workflows, quality reporting processes, coupled with excellent analytical and communication capabilities, is essential.
