Job description
**Job Title: Payroll and Equity Operations Manager**
This position requires comprehensive oversight of payroll, variable compensation, and equity operations, encompassing decision-making, control measures, and calendar scheduling. You will also be responsible for overseeing international Employer of Record (EOR) administration, ensuring the accuracy of benefits census, and guiding the organization through its departure from a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in payroll or stock plan management, with an in-depth understanding of payroll tax regulations and various equity instruments. A solid track record in developing payroll approval processes and familiarity with PEO exits or transitions between platforms is essential.
