Job Summary
The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Product & Engineering will be at the forefront of crafting a cohesive strategy that encompasses technological advancements, product innovation, and the delivery of enterprise platforms. This position is crucial for spearheading modernization efforts, achieving operational excellence, and driving AI-driven innovations, all while fostering high-performing teams throughout the product and engineering processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy for technology innovation and product development.
- Oversee the delivery of enterprise platforms and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive modernization and operational excellence across the organization.
- Promote AI-enabled innovation within product and engineering teams.
- Build and maintain high-performing teams to enhance the product and engineering lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience in technology, software engineering, or product management.
- At least 8 years of experience in senior leadership positions.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven track record in digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in leading complex organizational structures effectively.
