Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, managing vendor services, and upholding safety and regulatory compliance. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in industrial or facilities maintenance. Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems is essential, as is a valid driver’s license.
