Job description
The Senior Manager of Operational Excellence is responsible for orchestrating the comprehensive planning and implementation of operational initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency and fostering business expansion. Acting as a bridge among various departments, this role entails overseeing project finances and establishing uniform workflows to improve operational effectiveness. Applicants should possess 7 to 10 years of experience in operations or project management, along with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a comparable discipline. Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with process enhancement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma is essential.
