Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
– Execute routine maintenance tasks and repair work encompassing carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and appliance repair.
– Address work orders and respond to maintenance inquiries while ensuring the safety and proper condition of the facility.
Qualifications:
– A minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management is required.
– Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is essential.
– Candidates should hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history and demonstrate the ability to interpret blueprints effectively.
