The Turnover Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the certification and handover process throughout the construction and commissioning stages. This role involves liaising with various stakeholders, keeping system databases up to date, and ensuring that all turnover documentation complies with quality standards and project timelines. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable qualifications, along with 5-8 years of pertinent experience, or 9-12 years of industry-related work. A strong understanding of construction and commissioning processes, as well as database management skills, is essential, alongside the physical capacity to conduct field inspections.
