Job Summary
The Facilities Technician 3 supervises a team dedicated to executing reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance for the overall infrastructure and equipment within the facility. This role emphasizes the importance of compliance with safety protocols and company standards while overseeing various maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in maintaining site-wide infrastructure and equipment through various maintenance approaches.
- Assign tasks effectively to team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory for maintenance supplies and necessary equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations and established company standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance.
- Proficient technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree or trade school certification is preferred.
