Job description
**Facilities Technician**
The Facilities Technician is tasked with conducting preventative maintenance, executing repairs, and carrying out safety inspections within laboratory and office environments. This role also serves as the main contact for facility-related questions, emergency situations, and coordination with vendors. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with a minimum of two years of experience in facilities management and safety procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and the ability to lift heavy items is required, as is a valid driver’s license.
