Job Summary
The Sr. Maintenance Technician at CBRE is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency within the company’s facilities. This position requires hands-on technical expertise to support maintenance functions and ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally. The role involves engaging with various systems and may include the use of a Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking and managing maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Diagnose issues and implement corrective actions to prevent further problems.
- Collaborate with Engineering and other departments as necessary.
- Utilize CMMS to record maintenance activities and track equipment performance.
- Assist in the safety and compliance procedures in conjunction with OEM guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in a maintenance role, preferably with 2+ years in a similar environment.
- Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and occupational safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills and collaboration capabilities.
