Job description
The Facilities Technician plays a crucial role in executing preventive maintenance, conducting repairs, and carrying out safety inspections, acting as the main contact for lab and office facility requirements. This position is also responsible for orchestrating emergency response protocols, overseeing inventory in the warehouse, and offering support across administrative and IT departments. Applicants should hold a High School Diploma or GED and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management and safety. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, a valid driver’s license, and the capability to lift heavy items.
