**Job Title: Sr. Recruiter**
The Sr. Recruiter leads a team of recruiters and on-site supervisors, overseeing the daily operations of the branch while ensuring adherence to performance standards and compliance regulations. This role is pivotal in facilitating timely candidate placements, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the branch’s budget and payroll functions. Candidates should have 4 to 5 years of experience in a recruiting or staffing position, coupled with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding an associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.
