Job Summary
The Facilities Technician plays a crucial role in the upkeep and repair of facility equipment, ensuring both optimal functionality and adherence to safety standards. This position also involves overseeing spare parts inventory management and the completion of work orders, all while strictly following environmental and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair facility equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Manage and oversee spare parts inventory to ensure availability.
- Complete work orders efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Preferred education includes an associate degree or a technical trade school certificate.
- Knowledge of industrial systems such as HVAC, boilers, and water treatment is desirable.
