**Family Engagement Specialist**
The Family Engagement Specialist is responsible for overseeing enrollment activities, facilitating center tours, and fostering connections with both prospective and existing families. This position also includes supporting teachers in the classroom by aiding with daily routines, activities, and the supervision of children. Applicants should be bilingual in English and Spanish and have relevant professional experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting. Excellent customer service abilities and compliance with Maryland childcare licensing standards are crucial for this role.
