Job Summary
The Family Navigation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily functions and delivering clinical guidance to the team at CARES NW. This role involves working in partnership with a diverse range of professionals to guarantee ongoing support and care for children and families impacted by abuse.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the team and ensure effective clinical supervision.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners to provide seamless care for families in need.
- Support staff in their interactions with children and families affected by abuse.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related discipline.
- Possession of an L.C.S.W. or L.P.C. license.
- At least three years of relevant experience in child abuse triage and evaluation.
