Job description
Oversee a patient panel by performing assessments for acute, chronic, and routine visits within an office environment. Work in partnership with clinical teams and engage in weekly clinical rounds to guarantee optimal patient outcomes. Candidates must have completed an accredited NP or PA program, possess national certification, and hold a valid license in California. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting is required.
