**Lead Paramedic**
The Lead Paramedic delivers comprehensive medical assistance and oversees patient transport within a mobile setting, serving as the primary liaison for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) at the scene. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with management to enhance staff training, ensure equipment upkeep, adhere to regulations, and maintain quality assurance efforts. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those holding an Associate’s degree in Paramedicine and a minimum of two years of experience in ambulance services. Essential certifications include National Registry Paramedic credentialing, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and a valid driver’s license.
