**Job Title: Medical Director**
The Medical Director will shape the medical direction of the hospital, establishing clinical standards and treatment procedures while providing mentorship to the veterinary team. This role involves working alongside leadership to implement strategic growth plans and nurturing a supportive, collaborative environment aimed at delivering exceptional patient care. Applicants must possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent) degree and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Kansas. The ideal candidate will have robust clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal abilities, complemented by a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring and fostering team development.
