Job description
**F&B Shift Leader**
The F&B Shift Leader plays a key role in guiding the beverage team, orchestrating food and beverage operations, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include training personnel, managing inventory levels, and supervising daily opening and closing activities of the restaurant. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least two years of experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry. Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office is essential, as well as the physical capacity to remain on their feet for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
