Job description
The Team Lead plays a crucial role in fostering the social, physical, and cognitive development of children, as well as overseeing classroom instruction and the execution of the curriculum. This position also involves guiding teachers and taking on leadership responsibilities when the center director is unavailable. Applicants should have prior experience in a licensed childcare environment, particularly in leading classroom activities and executing lesson plans. Candidates with college credits in Early Childhood Education or those holding a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential are highly preferred.
