Job description
The Field Quality Manager is responsible for managing daily operations, providing training and mentorship to both driving and installation teams, and guaranteeing adherence to safety and quality protocols. Responsibilities also include performing ride-along inspections and creating training programs aimed at improving team efficiency and customer satisfaction. Applicants should possess experience in final mile delivery and home appliance installation, as well as demonstrated leadership capabilities. A current driver’s license, the capacity to pass a background verification, and excellent communication skills are essential.
