Job Summary
The Field Registered Nurse is responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their residence, following the directives of physicians and established care plans. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality patient care in home settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial assessments of patients to evaluate their health needs.
- Manage and monitor the care requirements of patients effectively.
- Document and maintain precise clinical progress notes to track patient status.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Possession of an active registered nurse license in the state where the job is located.
- A minimum of one year of experience in home health nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
