Job Summary
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical aspects of nursing services within the hospital during night shifts, ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care. This role acts as a crucial resource for various activities, including staffing coordination, managing patient flow, and supporting clinical decision-making throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of nursing services during night shifts to maintain quality care standards.
- Coordinate staffing and manage patient flow to optimize operational efficiency.
- Support clinical decision-making and serve as a resource for nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Current Florida Registered Nurse license.
- A minimum of three years of recent experience in acute care settings.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.
