Job Summary
The primary function of this role is to offer a warm welcome to customers in a travel stop setting, ensuring an outstanding customer service experience while gaining knowledge of and suggesting TVC products. You will be responsible for keeping the sales area organized and participating in team discussions aimed at enhancing your sales abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly greeting to customers as they enter the travel stop.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Gain familiarity with TVC products to effectively recommend them.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales space.
- Engage in team meetings to improve sales techniques and skills.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required.
