The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in identifying, diagnosing, and fixing heavy machinery at client locations. Responsibilities include keeping precise service documentation, updating customers on repair progress, and adhering to all safety protocols and tooling standards. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of one year of experience in servicing heavy equipment and relevant coursework related to CAT. Additionally, a valid Class A or B Driver’s License, DOT Health Card, and an MSHA certification are mandatory qualifications.
