The Accounting & HR Director is responsible for offering strategic oversight for all financial and human resource operations to guarantee consistency and fiscal responsibility. This position encompasses the management of financial reporting, cash flow, and budgeting along with a focus on HR compliance, talent development, and fostering organizational culture. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, complemented by a minimum of 12 years of advancing experience in managerial capacities. A CMA certification is mandatory, and candidates should exhibit proficiency in multi-state HR compliance and financial modeling.
